NEW bell chime wall clock movement with pendulum attachment. This is an excellent replacement for the now discontinued Hermle 2114, 2115, 2214 and 2215 movements. Pendulum hanger can be removed for replacing the 2114 and 2115 movements. Bell tone chimes. Choice of 2 melodies: Westminster or Ave Maria. Very simple operation - sliding switch for the chimes has 3 positions: Off, Ave Maria, and Westminster. Volume control. The movement may be set to play melody and count the hours on the hour ONLY, or it may be set so it operates as a 4/4 chime movement, playing every 15 minutes, playing the full melody on the hour, and counting the hour on the hour. Movement measures 4 5/8" wide x 4 3/8" overall height (the bottom of the pendulum hanger extends an additional 13/16" below the movement). Overall thickness is 1 5/16" not including the post. PLEASE NOTE! THIS IS NOT A DIRECT REPLACEMENT, SOME MODIFICATION MAY BE NEEDED FOR THIS TO FIT, BUT IN MOST CASES IT IS A FAIRLY SIMPLE CONVERSION. Overall post length on this model is 18 mm or about 11/16". Thread diameter is 5/16". Thread length is about 10 mm or 3/8". This shaft length is appropriate for a dial up to about 1/4" thick. Use this model to replace a Hermle 2214 or 2215 movement with a 15-18 mm shaft. Speaker measures 2 3/8" x 2 3/8" (not including the mounting tabs) x 7/8" thick.
